Win the job, and the deposit, in one link

Your client reads the estimate, verifies it's them, signs with a finger and pays the deposit, all from the link you text them. No app, no login, no chasing.

What you get

Price book and line items

Quantities and rates, saved items you use every week, and scope notes that spell out what's included.

Payment schedule built in

Pick 50/50, thirds or quarters, or set your own. Each payment says when it bills: at signing, at a job step, or at sign-off.

Pay to accept

With a deposit due, the estimate isn't accepted until it's paid. No more "we're good to go" and then silence.

How it works

Three steps. No paperwork.

  1. 1Create an estimate and pick a payment schedule.
  2. 2Send it by text or email.
  3. 3They sign and pay the deposit; the job moves to Prep on its own.

Questions

How much deposit should a contractor ask for?

Many contractors take 10–50% depending on materials and job size, but some states cap home-improvement deposits (California, for example, limits most down payments to $1,000 or 10% of the price, whichever is less). Check your state's rules; Jobcrumb lets you set any schedule.

Do clients need an account to sign?

No. They open the link in any browser, confirm a 6-digit code, and sign.
