Invoices that send themselves, and get paid

Every payment on the schedule bills at the right moment: the deposit at signing, the progress payment when work starts, the final when the client signs off. You see each one before it goes.

What you get

Ready to send

When a job step bills a payment, you see the invoice exactly as your client will. One tap sends it and moves the job.

Pay from the text

Clients tap Review & pay, confirm a code, and pay by card or bank. Money goes to your own Stripe account.

Reminders on autopilot

Polite nudges before and after the due date, by text or email, whichever the client prefers.

Don't get ahead of the money

Moving a job forward with a past-due invoice opens a payment check. Go ahead anyway and it's on the record.

How it works

Three steps. No paperwork.

  1. 1Set the payment schedule on the estimate or job.
  2. 2Move the job through its steps; each payment bills itself.
  3. 3Get paid by card or bank, or record checks and cash.
